Im pissed!!! Anyone who has verizon reconsider! I have an I phone 5c have had for 8 months. The screen stopped working but the phone continued to receive all calls, emails & text messages. For 7 days they continued to tell me it was a software problem. I finally took it to a local fix it shop & proved it was a bad screen. I pay every month for insurance & the guy told me it wld cost $175 & 5 days to get it back!!!! He told me if I wanted it fixed quickly I should take it back & pay to get it fixed!! I dont usually have much to say, but being without a phone for 7 days & this was the end result I changed to us cellular.
