Im posting this here but Im not sure what it is, or if it has any connection to Newburgh. A family friend was going through my fathers maps (he was a land surveyor in his second career), and found this image. Ive scanned the entire image, even though the paper is torn/missing. I can see clearly it says Cond, Germany, and I also see a partial date, May 19XX. If anyone thinks he/she might know who these soldiers are, Id be interested in hearing from you. Thanks!
