Im pretty sure I dream in the format of TV pilots- Last night I dreamt of a Man who died and had been reincarnated as a Cupid- able to read peoples souls he had the power to shoot an arrow of light into someone to heighten their latent emotions. Reincarnated souls are only left with what they need for their next purpose, but by accident he had kept some fragmented memories of his past. He remembers her, his soulmate from his last life. Approached by a dark figure this man is offered a reunion with his love but in exchange he would have to use his powers to lean people already on edge to their darker emotions. Reluctantly agreeing he is paired up with a watcher, local cop reincarnate whose memories had been completely wiped except for those surrounding her death, to ensure he completes his work. He skirts the line between the light and dark searching for meaning in the present looking to his regained fragments of the past.
