Im really annoyed! I was at my pulmonary rehab group today, was asked how my not smoking was going, I said fine, no problems no temptation for a sneaky puff n also I had an e cig ....then nurse tells me Im not allowed to use them if Im on oxygen...ooooooh I get so angry at times!!!!!!!!! I feel my health is stabilising , not as breathless and my stats improved from 78/89 to 91. I was on treadmill for 6 mins at 1.9 and although wee bit breathless it was controlled. Ive so many pills to take n inhalers...Im surprised I dont rattle! I suppose, in the long run its all for my own benefit and the healthier n stronger that I become means I will get my transplant. At the beginning of all this I was frightened and felt so alone and thought negatively... but not now. Telling my kids was the hard part...theyve been great, a couple havent spoken to me yet but I suppose thats how some folk deal with things like this, but its OK...honest:-) One day at a time..:-)
