Im really gonna miss Robin Williams, comedians as good as him are few and far between. When I was a little fat kid, I had a real tough time making friends in kindergarten (I went to Mission Manor and was the only fat white kid other than Mike Fair). I hated school because I got picked on a lot. When my dad told me we were moving and I was going to go to vesey, I was so happy to get out of the southside. That summer before I started Vesey, I got Aladdin on vhs and watched it religiously. I was in love with the genie, everything about him was funny and awesome and I knew that if i wanted to make friends at my new school i had to have that charisma. Roman Gabriel Arriola said the first time he saw me, I ran head first into a wall after saying hi to the class just to make everyone laugh. I was instantly addicted to the attention and have spent most of my life trying to make people laugh. I idolized Robin Willams, Chris Farley, Adam Sandler, Bill Murray, John Candy, Jim Carrey, and Eddie Murphy even though I was a kid and didnt get all the jokes. I didnt need to understand the jokes to understand that these guys were performers and damn good ones. So when one of my heroes dies it hits really hard because they helped me make friends and improved my life. Like really, who would I be if I couldnt make people laugh? So, RIP Robin and thanks for all the laughs.
