Im really interested in what other birth professionals are doing in San Diego, so this year Im planning on more one-on-one get togethers. Today I met up with Kathryn from One Moon Doula and instantly liked her. Shes fresh from New York and helping families postpartum and with sleep consulting. Everyone needs more sleep! I was really excited to hear about her calm approach to helping parents and babies do just that.
