Im reminded why my clients do business with me after cooking for my family for the week after not cooking at all for 18 days. Its a lot of work (1 hour menu planning and 2 hours grocery shopping + transit time & lugging in a 70 quart cooler of food), time in the kitchen (6 hours) and multiple bags of trash (two very large).
