Im reposting the Zucchini Lasagna recipe I had on my page to this group to share. All of the ingredients for a big pan (about 6-8 servings) only cost $11 and it was DELICIOUS Started with this recipe: recipebyphoto/zucchini-pasta-lasagna/ BUT we subbed primavera sauce for the tomatoes and instead of meat added broccoli onion and olives Also we just baked the zucchini in the oven instead of grilling it because it was easier and I do not own a frill. This turned out better than most noodle lasagna Ive had!!!
