Im resigning a career that I love for one that I love even more! When I became a coach last year, my intentions were never to do this full time. I honestly just wanted to stay busy during the summer and earn a little extra spending money. But about 3 months into it, I started to notice the POTENTIAL Beachbody had and it was then that it became my goal to work hard so that one day I could do this full time. Never thought that one day would be NOW. I made one of the scariest and riskiest decisions last Friday and officially resigned as a teacher. It was A LOT harder than I thought and my emotions were everywhere---I cried, laughed, felt sad and happy all at once. I love being a teacher and being with my little ones for the past three years has made me a better person! BUT the fire in my heart thats filled with passion has shifted. I was meant to follow fitness and health---thats where my passion is and I know Ive made the right decision. Im going to miss being a teacher and it will take time to adjust to not being Mrs. Dominguez anymore, but I get to do what makes me the HAPPIEST and not everyone can say theyve had that opportunity. From a bilingual educator to a bilingual fitness coach in one year! Now my dream to be able to one day stay home with my kids is coming true and it feels like a true blessing!
