Im seriously considering leaving Jhb / hill survivors. Initially it was a great place to meet other survivors, great posts and photos but the fighting ( Ive experienced it myself ) is getting me down. When some people post / answer posts the next thing there are attacks and insults and thereafter it has nothing to do with the content of the post but aimed at the person that posted / or commented. And to add to that some people find it amusing, ie pass the popcorn or carry on Im enjoying this.?? When I was targeted and accused of saying things I simply knew nothing about it made me quite ill. Geez, if someone insults you just dont answer them, Thats what I was advised to do. ( thanks for that advice my friend ) and while the natural instinct is to defend oneself ( Ive done it myself ) its just not worth it as your dealing with a person that is there to cause insult and injury so it shouldnt be worth your time. You may say well dont read the post but then why go on this site at all as thats why your there in the first place. TO ENJOY.
