Im shocked. A grand jury voted not to file any charges against David Pantaleo, the New York Police Department cop who took the life of Eric Garner, a father of 6, after putting him in a chokehold — a maneuver banned by the police department. The entire thing was caught on video. And this was over the fact that he may have sold cigarettes tax free. And Mr. Pantaleo has faced two prior lawsuits for false arrest, unlawful imprisonment, civil rights violations and other charges. One of those suits was dismissed while the other is still pending.
