Im sitting at McDs eating. Watching an elderly couple at Arbys walking to their car. Lady is all bent over, taking quick, small steps as the husband follows beside her. He opens the door for her, helps her up in the car, patiently waiting as she slowly climbs in. He digs for the seatbelt, helping put it across her. (Here I go crying again. It made me emotional when it happened) Before he shuts the door, he leans in and kisses her. They have probably been married 50+ yrs. Worked hard all their lives, raised children etc. They looked all worn out, yet pushing on. Right by each others side. I thought it was the cutest thing Ive seen in ages.
