Im sitting here listening to Gerri Willis talking on Fox News. Shes reporting that the only way that Obama Care can collect the money, if you decide to take the penalty instead of buying the insurance, is to take it from your refund check, if you just refuse to pay. They fail to realize that they added a section into the plan that they have access to your bank account and can take money out of your account with out your approval. (Now why would a insurance plan have something like that included in it?)Are the people reporting on it going to be in for a big surprise...... Seems to me, they need to really read the plan before they attempt to make statements about it, or to inform us about how smart they are about the plan. So, the only real option that I can see is to not even have a bank account, if you plan not to pay the penalty. The penalty is 1 percent of your income, according to them. If the plan insures people who dont have coverage, then that part of it will be great. But, why didnt the government just work up a plan to provide coverage for people who need it. Then too, I have to wonder about the reasons it is not working and people cant get signed up on it. Is the government really that incompetent? Was the program sabotaged before it was even rolled out? Is it a part of the plan for One World Order? I have so many questions.
