Im sitting in a German themed bar in an amusement park, in front of me is a mug of beer. There is a German version of Johny Cashs ring of fire playing in the background. 10 feet away from me is a Danish father holding his baby girl which I would guess is about 1 and a half years old. Shes holding a small pink mug of milk in her right hand. She looks at me and gestures to raise her mug, I oblige and raise mine. She proceeds to take a swig of her mug, I oblige and take a swig of mine. She goes into to giggles with euphoria and approval as she smiles at me. Right then I realized it would not be so bad to eventually have a baby girl. Copenhagen, Denmark summer of 2014.
