Im so Chester I remember the water fights in the William Penn projects and if you were anywhere near the project your ass was getting wet !!!!!! The late great Macaroni that gave so much to the projects. Who remembers him throwing money from the hallways from the third floor. The block parties around the field and he supplied the food and music.he was the first one to have a girls basketball league around the field and we won beat the Eastside and he gave me a crisp 100 dollar bill for scoring the most points and having the most rebounds. I thought I was rich lol Miss my old neighbor RIP MAC !!!
