Im so blessed that being a Rodan + Fields skincare Consulatant is working out for me so well. Our Team is Building and its so Exciting!!!! Today I got my Level 3 pendant! Im so very thankful. My team is an incredible group of Women: Career women, Moms, Stay at Home Moms, single, married, divorced, older kids, and younger kids. We are people who dream of bringing big changes to our families. And all this by way of some awesome skin care products designed by the two Dermatologists who created the acne line of Proactiv. Heres the bottom line. Drs Rodan + Fields are going to experience huge success in this company with or without me. Why? Because they absolutely KNOW what they are doing. They have the R+D in place to direct not only the successful product line but also a stellar business model. They KNOW how to garner free press and create media chatter. They did it with Proactiv and they are doing it with R+F. But there are two really strong take aways here... 1. ITS JUST THE BEGINNING!!! R+F is just now expanding globally. We are pre-enrolling in Canada and next on the horizon is Asia. Dont know anybody in those countries?? Thats not the point. The point is they are building a GLOBAL brand...just like they did with Proactiv. Which is brings me to 2. They are making this opportunity available to me and you. Plain and simple. We get to own a piece of the pie...and the anti age skin care market is one hunk of pie! But we get to do it in a very CONVENIENT way!! We dont carry inventory. We dont have territories. We certainly dont have anything that resembles quotas because who needs that? This business is convenient because it fills in the cracks in our busy lives. We are e-commerce driven by social media at its finest and that beats a brick and mortar, high overhead, place of business every.single.day. We operate from our laptops, our iPads and apps on our phones. Yes, I enjoy a paycheck, but in all honesty, I get giddy when my team members enjoy the same. I am the lucky one who gets to encourage them, lead them, pray for them and cheer them as they reach their individual goals. Its special and I am blessed to be a part of this journey....a part of THEIR journey! I said NO and Not for me at first. Id never been interested in doing anything direct sales.
