Im so glad that I put in the time at the beginning of the week to cook, measure, pack, and store a bunch of HEALTHY meals for hubby and I to eat throughout the week! I had a FULL day of errands and appointments, and came home in need of food! Having HEALTHY pre-portioned meals aready to pop in the microwave meant that I wasnt tempted to grab a bowl of cereal or microwave popcorn (not bad items, but NOT on my nutrition plan!) YUMMMMMMMMMY turkey and brussel sprouts filled me up and kept me on track!!!! ..... doesnt hurt that my ACE keeps me from being STARVING, either!! ive totally GOT THIS!!!!
