Im so glad that there wasnt a press conference after this one because I would of got sacked and banned... For our visit to Exeter I decied to be radical and make a new tactic - a nice football 4-4-2 - because the one I used last time was a shocker on my part! I kept the majority of our players because Im still pissed off about the Stevenage game... We started well (y) My players took to the formation like a duck to water and went close to going ahead through Julian Owusu! Victor Ashby had a beautiful long range goal crossed off because he pushed the defender - 1st ref mistake. We then went behind - ARGGHHH!!! Exeter put it over the top, Walker missed the header and they played a sweaty. 1-0... Things got even worse for us after the break when Raymond handballed it in our box! (second ref cock up) They smashed it home to make it 2-0! Two minutes later they scored again! We conceeded a cheap free-kick and they lobbed my keeper - who did play well - from 40 yards. Marcio Martins and Victor Ashby combined to give us a life line; then it got stupid. We had two penalty shouts rejected; an offside goal and hit the bar four times! It was just one of those days I guess? Were down to 9th...
