Im so proud of Rosie Morales and Charlie Clousten! Big wins in the Golden Gloves last night at 3 lakes golf course in Penn Hills. They both won unanimous decisions, although their opponents were very tough. Proving that hard work in the gym and running pays off big. Self discipline is a major factor in this sport. Including listening and executing what you are taught at the propper times. We now have at least three fighters advancing to the Western Pa. finals. Also Ellwood City will be hosting the Junior Olympic tournament at the Sons of Italy in April. I believe its the 25th and 26th. Please come out and support our local youth, they work so hard to become what they have. Also I would like to thank the Ellwood City Police and Council members for their support. And John Dahl (uncle buck) for initially getting the program started for us. God Bless Everyone!
