Im so proud of how our local, state and federal law enforcement agencies worked together to catch this fugitive. Friday night Montgomery County Sheriffs Department was on the scene along with Texas Department of Public Safety and Montgomery County Constable Precinct 3. Yesterday and today multiple agencies cooperated, sharing information and working to bring this man to justice. The US Marshalls Office became involved, as the suspect is a wanted felon. This afternoon Montgomery County Constables Precinct 3 & 4, along with US Marshalls designed a plan and sprang into action. Im happy to report that the suspect was apprehended by Montgomery Constable Precinct 4s deputies. A BIG thank you to all!!! The Noack’s
