Im so sick of Charter TV. Ive made the 7th. or 8th. appointment for a technition to come back here again to propably not fix the problems because the technitions even tell me that in my area that theres too many customers for the Charter system to serve properly. This issue has been going on for about a year, maybe longer, and I call Charter nearly weekly to complain, but I did get a $10.00 credit today. Yippie! I guess theres a magic number of times that one calls to get that $10 bucks credited to their account. Im so fed up with Charter but they have a monopoly where I live and I cant change cable companies. Where do you buy inside antennas, or does Netflix provide them? Ron Hallman?????? I think Im done with Charter if I have an alternative that is, and just like the power and water companies, if I want Cable TV, and I do, I dont think I have a choice but to keep paying for poor service.
