Im so sick of this!! So i started at roadway inn yesterday they had me work 3 hours and today after we were done i tried writing yesterdays hours on the sheet...the guy tells me no cross that off we arent paying you for yesterday that was just training....not only that they tell me im not on payroll for the first 30 days...really so how does that work? Its just one freaking joke after another around this stupid ass town...and i sat there and argued about how thats not right why would i stay and actually work 3 flipping hours just for fun!? He was just acting like nothing i finally quit trying to argue and left...idk if i will go back but not working isnt an option either :( i just need to find a decent job!! Gee hard to see why they would need help if thats how they do things...smh
