Im so very thankful for a friend who was with me from 9am to 8pm today to help explain in detail what I was confused about, to shop and show me all the places where we can get the best prices and selection of veggies, fruit, meat, and everything else we can eat (Ive been in Jersey for over 2 years and some of these places are literally minutes away and I would never have thought twice to even go there). She helped prepare, chop, and cook food for the upcoming days and helped cook an awesome dinner. Its great to know you have people by your side and want to see you succeed. :) Feeling good about the upcoming weeks...going to take it one day at a time.
