Im somewhat puzzled why Australia is paying a third of the cost of the ongoing search for Malaysian Airlines 370? Its estimated that this will cost about $50 million over the next 6-12 months. Sure we should co-operate however why isnt Malaysia paying the Lions share for this exercise? Weve already contributed considerably. The Malaysian transport minister is visiting now I believe to have discussions with our own politicians. I say lock the door then bounce the bugger off the walls until he pays up.
