Im sorry, but I cant pat Governor Quinn on the back for his new state budget! Im patting myself on the back and any Illinois taxpayer should do the same! All Quinn is doing is keeping the Illinois tax hike going that was suppose to expire in 2015! He or any other politicians are donating any of their mass fortune to fix the state budget, so stop giving credit for voting to take more money out of your check! Give credit where credit is due! Illinois taxpayers, we keep this state afloat, not these overpaid and unappreciative politicians! Food For Thought!
