Im starting a job up in the Sierras and looking to sublet my SF studio for at east 6 months starting May 15 with the likelihood of extending on a month-to-month basis after that. Rent is $975 (includes utilities/wifi) and yes that is both a ripoff and a deal given this city. Located steps from the Forest Hills Muni station in a fancy schmancy quiet lil neighborhood. Downtown, SFSU, CCSF are just a couple muni stops away and UCSF is less than a mile. The studio is pretty basic with no frills but is clean, comfortable and convenient. Approx 200 square feet with a small bathroom and kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, toaster oven, and electric stovetop. Place is furnished with a full sized bed, bookcase, table, couch but most things can also be removed. You are welcome to rearrange/decorate as you like. There are 3 closets and I will have few items stored in one. Street parking is easy. Cats are cool but unfortunately no doggies.
