Im starting to become intolerant of people who claim intolerance caused Mozillas CEO to resign. It wasnt his opinion re: marriage equality that caused an outcry, nor was it what he said about the matter. It was that he helped fund a campaign to rollback a fundamental freedom for gay and lesbian people in California. Imagine the outcry if hed funded a campaign to repeal the right for women to vote? Or to abolish anti-discrimination laws? Hes entitled to believe anything he wants and to fund whatever campaign he likes, just as were free to oppose companies led by people who want to repeal freedoms for a minority group.
