Im starting to look at getting an SSD to breathe new life into an aging computer. I think I need some advice. 1. Its an AMD Quad CPU. Does this pose any significant problems? I know it use to, but it all seems to be plug and play now, according to what Ive read. 2. Im going to try to run a tower that has a new install Windows 8.1 on the SSD, and a different 1TB HDD for all my storage of movies and such. Should I go much bigger than 32GB-64GB? Anything I may not be considering? 3. WHAT FREAKING BRAND DO I GET? Gah. Tiger and Newegg have all sorts of wonky brands making SSDs. Sandisk has been in the SD card game for a minute, but do they make good SSDs? Thanks internet friends. Your feedback is appreciated.
