Im sure if Mr. Lynch had the opportunity that Jermaine had, he would paint lookout pre school and all the other primary schools and add some colour to the childrens educational experience. Colour is massively important to children and all learning. Check out some of the schools in Dominica and other islands. Develop your concept and paint de school your children are guaranteed to be smarter. Why have power and create no change. Wah mek dem tink dem deserve a next chance?
