Im sure my right wing acquaintances will be skeptical because of the source of this information, but Im becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the process that led up to no indictment of the police officer involved in the Brown shooting case. It was actually 148 feet. As a former land surveyor, there is a significant difference between 35.0 feet and 148.0 feet. Unless one is armed or in a vehicle, I have difficulty understanding how a person that far away could pose a threat to my life. Well, an Olympic Javelin thrower, maybe.
