Im sure you guys have heard the news of Robin Williams passing, its pretty much all my news feed is on here. Its things like his death that make me go back to some cherished memories, one of those being the magical night we all shared. There was a lot of passion that night, and I know this summer weve been away from each other for some time. Maybe its been hard on some of you, to live the way you wished and proclaimed in your poems. I can say its been hard for me this summer. Being away from such loving people like yourselves in a place like XA can do that. But youre strong. Much much stronger than any of you could ever imagine. You have nothing to fear, because I can be there for you. All of us can be there for you. And of course, God can, and will, be there for you. Dont hold back in this life, guys. If you love someone, tell it, and be damn sure to show it too. Love out loud was the motto, just because it changes this semester doesnt mean you should. You need something, youre struggling with something, ANYTHING, you know who to turn to :) Some of you may not remember, but in the weeks leading up to the poetry event, I shared a video with a quote from Robin Williams from the film Dead Poets Society.
