Im sure youre wondering why I chose the name that I did.. Heres why: I chose the name Harleigh Photography because of the dozens and dozens of pictures I take of my one and only, Harleigh girl. Harleigh was born on March 17, 2014 - the day my husband and I got married. Shes very special to us not only for that reason, but also because she is a rescue. At eight weeks old, she was found in a box alongside her other five siblings on the side of a highway. The pups went without food, water and nutrients. Someone eventually saw them and picked them up, taking them to what still happened to be very poor living conditions. They sat outside in a pen, in their own feces, with little food or water and minimal socialization and attention. I moved to Jacksonville in May of 2014 and it was only a week later when my husband and I decided to get a puppy. As I was searching the internet, I came across Harleighs post. We immediately decided that we had to have her. That we had to help the sweet girl out. So just two days later, I went and got her. To this day, shes my little girl. She is now 10months old and ever so happy with her little sister, Harper. Harleigh has provided us with so much love and happiness that I just KNEW her name made sense, as happiness is what I hope to bring to you.
