Im the first to admit Ive always hated cooking, but finally enjoying it. Pot roasted lamb in mint, cranberry and rich red wine gravy yummmmy. Then garlic mushrooms with Stilton sauce for starters. Followed by the making of a Stilton and mushroom quiche. Next challenge garlic breaded mushrooms with hand made mayonnaise dip, steak and ale pie followed by a chocolate fondant. Can you believe Im cooking Claire Sayan Louise Williamson
