My lathe (Grizzly G8691) did not come with a chuck, only headstock and face plate. In looking on-line, Sticker shock came in until I ran across this one: woodcraft/product/2020042/18872/woodriver-4-jaw-lathe-chuck-wcase-1-x-8tpi.aspx. Has anyone had experience with one of these? It got good reviews on the Woodcraft site. Im thinking that, for the price, it may be a good starter chuck.
