Im thinking were gonna boycott certain stores this Black Friday since they are deciding to open their doors as early as 4pm Thanksgiving day. As a retail worker we dont get to request holidays off. As a retail worker, our bosses and corporate offices dont care that we have children and families at home and miss out on our holiday gatherings so that they can make an extra buck. Im lucky to work for a company that respects our time with our families and shortens our store hours. Not everyone is as lucky. Think about that as you rush through thanksgiving dinner to hit those sales. Be extra nice to that employee ringing you up because chances are, they are missing out on turkey dinner and family time to help you.
