Im torn on whether to love or hate this video. I appreciate the support Ted Nugent has for the Second Amendment and his support for the troops. However, I consider him a draft dodger. I dont put him in a Hanoi Jane category, but I find it hypocritical to hear him say God bless the troops. This is a guy who got his draft notice and rather than show up at the appointed place and time as something resembling a human, he shit his pants and pissed himself and didnt bathe for a week prior to reporting for his physical. He was declared unfit for service, but only because they thought he was crazy. He wasnt crazy, he admitted years later (like Dick Cheney) that he had better things to do. So, Im torn on my support for The Nuge. I hate to admit it, but I have (only slightly) more respect for Rush Limbaugh. At least he showed up for his physical and the doctor declared him unfit because of a cyst on his ass. Im sure he could have had the cyst lanced and he could have gone if he wanted to, but he had a legitimate medical excuse. It may have been flimsy, but it was (somewhat) legit.
