Im very proud of the tremendous response of the people of Milwaukee who showed up to the MKE Fire and Police Commission meeting last night. This was a last minute call to encourage people to rally and stand up for their communities, safety and civil liberties. Everyone will need to come out for the September 4th meeting when issues like Police Dashboard Cams, Fingerprinting people during citations and other goodies are discussed. All those in attendance were also impressed with the incoming class of the MFDs cadets and new graduates, as well as those newly promoted. It was refreshing to see such a diverse class of new heroes enter the ranks of Milwaukees Bravest.
