Im watching a documentary on channel 4 called meet.the police commissioner. I cant actually believe what Im seeing. We have a woman whos paid £85,000 per year and she is completely clueless about what it is she does. She doesnt have a job description, her staff sit about and dont really know their job titles. And more unbelievable still, she bought a mini bus for £15,000 out if the police budget and called it Ann force 1....Im begining to think its a piss tske made by Ricky Gervais.....
