Im watching this a 3rd and forth time and theres nothing here that shows the good guy tried to pull the trigger. He pulls the his weapon, puts it against the bad guy, who then spins and knocks the Good Guy down. The video is too low-resolution to see what Good Guys trigger finger is doing. It is just as likely that he could not bring himself to fire and wanted to intimidate the bad guy into surrendering. The lesson here is not just to make sure your weapon is ready to go, but instead When you have to shoot, shoot. Dont talk. (With a hat tip to Tucco from The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
