Im working away today but also having a bit of a Van Halen day! I remember buying their first album and being totally blown away. Even though Id been lucky enough to have grown up in an era that had Black Sabbath, Deep Purple etc, Van Halen brought a whole new dynamic to Heavy Rock music. I saw them with DLR at Donnington and I dont get into this was DLR better or Sammy? They both did a great job and the band produced incredible albums with both DLR and Sammy. This though is a Sammy song and it always gets my hair standing on end.
