Im working on my third translation from Russian to English. I - TopicsExpress

Im working on my third translation from Russian to English. I speak Russian pretty well, but my grammar is lost somewhere 15 years ago; English is not my language at all and I have never studied translation and still the magazines are so nice to me. I just wanted to say that I feel like a dumb, but Im still grateful there are people that give me the possibility to improve. I have a huge fortune in my life, I can talk in three languages about something that deeply inspires me and gives me a reason to be: photography. Is is absurd that I can exchange my opinions with people from all over the world. Then I also think that the world is full of douchebags unable to talk their own countrys language and they write for such important magazines. Ive nothing to be afraid of, I can only fight and to never doubt about my skills. Also, big, big thanks to Eugenia Durante, a big inspiration to me, even if Im probably not going to pursue a writers career as shes doing; to R Amal Serena who believed in me when I had no strength to go on; to Francesco Maria Colombo to kick my ass to motivate me and for quite good advices; to Nccl Sclf who day by day gives me the possibility to talk to incredible artists, who is always patient and who allowed me to say something more about my beloved country: Kazakhstan. Last but not least, hugs and thanks to Sigrun Guggenberger and Christine Guggenberger-Karahan, because when my English was really bad but my passion high, they published my first interview ever on a strong established magazine. Im glad my family understood which my priorities are and Im grateful they try to stay right behind me in case I fall. The next step is to convince my few friends that they dont have to read my shit every time, but a little poke to say hey girl, good job would be most appreciated. I finally had the courage to say that I miss my friends in this creative part of my life.
