Imagine there are enough resources left on the planet for 100 people to live a year and the year is all there will assuredly be. 99 of them will do the work required to extract and utilize them. 1 has title to them. The Randian ideal would be for the 1 to allow 1 days resources to go to each of the 99 in exchange for them extracting and preparing the rest for the 1. The 1 is not expected to take care of itself and the 99 who have nothing but the ability to work are viewed as lazy and undeserving.
