Immigration Service! The Hon. Minister of Internal Affairs, should be honest to Nigerians, and say what the exact problems are with this very department. And if he does not know, he should also be honest enough to say so. Theres certainly something about that very department, that makes it impossible to accept changes and improvement. And it becomes a pointer to the problems we have with our borders. This is not the first time that Nigerians are having problems with Immigrations, in connection with interviews into the service. Listening to the complaints of some of the surviving candidates yesterday, it was very clear that the organizers of the interview, had no plans whatsoever for the occasion. Simple common sense would have thought them that an interview with such a huge number of candidates, could never have been effectively managed in one day - and I dare say, not even in one week! And a number of events concerning this department of our Internal Affairs Ministry, has left no one in any doubt that the Hon. Minister is not in charge. He is therefore expected to resign, and all the organizers should be brought to book appropriately.
