Immigration activists from the Arizona Dream Act Coalition were holding a vigil outside a Phoenix immigrant detention center when a bus filled with immigrants tried to leave the facility. Several activists stepped in front of the bus and the standoff lasted a few hours, which ultimately resulted in the bus going back into the detention center and several activists arrested for staging the civil disobedience action.
