Immorality, like crime, is like seawater. The more you indulge in - TopicsExpress

Immorality, like crime, is like seawater. The more you indulge in immorality and crime, the more addictive it becomes, and you feel the urge to persist in it. On the same note, the more you drink seawater, the thirstier you become and the more you feel the urge to continue drinking. Is indulgence in politics an immorality going with the global political histories, as depicted by current political situation in Africa, Kenya being the first in consideration? Going with the current Kenyan political situation, I think there is a close relationship between politics and immorality. Is it termed political immorality or immoral politics? Several stakeholders, politicians being the highest in rank, fuel politics. The politicians are elevated to their respective ranks of irrational exploitation of resources and economic explosions by the citizens. So, do these politicians depict our characters as citizens by their heinous actions, being that we are the ones who elect them? Like politics and its players, do the citizens also qualify of political immorality since politicians are also citizens? Mmmh! So maybe we are all immoral. However, there is nothing as permanent as change. Maybe, one day things will change to something WORSE following that ever-since, we have been adapting to life of dynamic-extremes in all sectors and spheres of life. I have thought of this because I am currently jobless, so this is my job…No intimidation, no crime no immorality. Just wishful thoughts that one day things will reverse in this country. Let us shun immorality starting with ourselves to accelerate this.
