Imonna rant for a minute: For those that choose to make disrespectful statements, condemnations, absurd judgments or do name calling regarding the death of Robin Williams - I am so happy for you that you have NEVER had to face the deep, dark abyss that is depression That you have never had to sit there and feel that just breathing was more pain than you could bear and that the only way to end the pain was to stop living. To just go into the big, deep sleep and finally be at rest and in peace and to not hurt any more. I have and I can tell you - its not fun. Depression isnt having a bad day, breaking up with a lover, losing your dog or cat, getting fired from a job. Its a very real medical condition, to be taken as seriously as a heart attack, cancer, a broken leg. May a thousand pigeons poop on your newly washed car, as Zelda Williams has predicted that her father will send to the haters. My heart goes out to her and her brothers, Zac and Cody, to Robins wife, his friends, and to his fans. He gave so much of himself to make others happy, and I, for one, feel some guilt that I wasnt able to help him, even though I didnt know him. I would have given him a hug, held his hand, and told him to just get through THIS day, to just take it one day at a time, that they WILL get better - and taken some dogs to visit him and love him unconditionally. Keep his memory and spirit alive by giving something to someone every single day. Were all we have and thats what were here for - to take care of each other. We have failed Robin but we can hopefully help others. I will take my anger at these idiots and channel it into good deeds with animals and children. Luckily, there are treatments, and even cures, for depression - but there is no treatment or cure for ignorance and stupidity. I feel sorry for them that they have to go through their lives with those conditions. The only thing smaller than their brains is their hearts. And maybe one other body part that I will maintain my Princess Training of being nice, polite, helpful and kind and not mention. But they act like that part as overcompensation for it being so small. ;)
