Important Announcement from Kuchipudi Art Academy Chennai In tune with master garus ideology, Kuchipudi Art Academy Chennai is proud to announce its initiative to bring every kuchipudi dancer under Academys fold, who never had the opportunity to learn under master garu earlier but strictly follow his style. As part of this initiative, we have taken up the task of specially training these students in an intensive Kuchipudi workshop during our present USA tour July - Sept 2014. Those trained under this workshop will be give a certificate from the Academy and also will be absorbed as affiliates in to the Academy. Further training and other support will continue in the future like any other Academys students. This initiative was proposed and suggested by Master garu in our academys committee meeting few years back but could not implement it because of his ill health.
