Detour: Take the IH 10 westbound to US 59 northbound; Exit and U-Turn at Collingsworth; Follow the US 59 southbound Frontage Road to the entrance ramp to US 59 southbound. Highway 290 inbound total closure of connector ramps to Loop 610: 290 Eastbound and westbound at IH-610 WEST LOOP. Total Closure. Closed continuously from 9:00 PM, Friday, December 12 to 5:00 AM, Monday, December 15. Eastbound detour to IH 10 connector westbound, exit Wirt/Chimney Rock, u-turn and enter IH 10 eastbound to IH 610 north or south. Westbound detour to IH 610 North Loop eastbound, exit T.C.
