Important Memo from Sam Re: Back to School Family Participation Day! Dear AACA Families: AACA NEEDS YOUR HELP. School will be starting in approximately 3 weeks and alot needs to be done to help the faculty and staff prepare for the incoming and returning students. Your assistance is needed to make this happen. For the new families, we hold Family Participation Days once a month and the details are in the FAQs below. The upcoming Family Participation Day is this coming Saturday, August 9 starting at 7am until complete. The tasks that must be completed are: * Classrooms Set Up: move desks, chairs, cabinets from one room to another * Power Wash: clean off sled desks that have been stored outside * Assemble: furniture items * Clean and Organize: vacuum floors when classroom is emptied In addition to the above, we need fill dirt and a tractor. If anyone has access to several truck loads of fill dirt, we need it to fill in a decline in-front of the first grade classrooms to make it safer to everyone. Please confirm to me if you are able to have fill dirt brought to the school next Saturday and/or you are able to bring a tractor. Thank you in advance for everyones help.
