Important Notice for all Ilderton Equine Services Clients To All Our Valued Customers Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, and such is the case with the Ilderton Equine Services (IES). The IES had been an Equine Veterinary Practice serving London and SW Ontario since 1979. It is currently owned by the partnership of Dr.’s Robert Boyce, Chris Robson, and Stan Henderson, with Dr.’s Tara Foy and Kendra Boehnke as associates, and Carrie Stilson as office manager and Registered Veterinary Technician. The IES as such will cease to provide Equine Veterinary care as of midnight February 28/2015. Beginning March 1/2015 Dr. Stan Henderson will provide full service equine ambulatory care out of his home office located at 12577 Fifteen Mile Rd., Denfield Ontario under the name of Henderson Equine Services. Beginning March 1/2015 Dr. Chris Robson will provide Ontario Racing Commission service to Western Fair Raceway and Clinton Raceway under the name of Robson Equine Services. Dr. Tara Foy and Dr. Kendra Boehnke have formed a partnership and will provide full service equine ambulatory care at 13985 Ilderton Rd. (current location of IES) and will operate under the name Western Ontario Equine Services (WOES). Dr. Robert Boyce will be an associate in WOES and provide assistance to Dr. Foy and Dr. Boehnke. Carrie Stilson will remain with WOES. Further details as to contact numbers and information on each individual practice will be provided via future mailings, IES website, Facebook etc. Please keep informed. The IES will continue to operate business as usual with our entire staff as is until the transition date. All billing occurred prior to March 1/2015 will be invoiced out by and payable to the IES. Our current phone number of 519-666-0911 will be maintained for a minimum of 60 days post termination to answer any accounting question and take payments. Credit card payments will be able to be processed by the IES post March 1/2015. Cheques payable to the IES will still be able to be mailed to our current address, 13985 Ilderton Rd. Ilderton, Ontario, N0M 2A0 post March 1/2015 As a result of these major changes we are requesting all our current clientele who are in arrears of payment over 30 days to settle their outstanding accounts immediately. We will attempt to keep our clients informed of the transition process as the closing date approaches. We will try to keep the confusion to a minimum. The IES wishes to thank all of our clients past and present for their patronage. It has been much appreciated. It has been a very enjoyable ride for all of us and we are transitioning the current practice with no regrets. Good Luck to all in the future.
